Meditation and Relaxation sessions

Take Care in collaboration with Danilo Brunetti welcomes you to the Meditation and Relaxation sessions led in English language.

From 13 October to 11 December
Tuesday from 8:15 p.m. to 9:15 p.m.
Friday from 7:45 am to 8:45 am

Meditation is possibly the greatest Art in life and no one can teach it to you; therein lies its beauty: there is no technique, no authority.
When you learn to know yourselves, when you learn to observe yourselves, your way of walking, eating, running, chatting, loving, hating, this is meditation: being aware of all you have and are whitin.

Our aim:
We will learn to focus our awareness on ourselves, our perceptions, our sensations, our emotions so that we´ll increase our inner peace, our selfknowledge and our selfcentering that is, a better inner connection to our innermost selves.

Why meditate?
Meditating will reduce stress, anxiety, fear and rage.
It is also proven that meditation can reduce the pain resulting from chronical ailments.
Meditation is directly connected to a dramatic improvement of wellbeing and happiness as as well as of one´s creativivity


Course duration:
30 Minutes Meditation (+30 Minuts relaxation: optional)


30´ Meditaion = 5€ (+ 30´ Relaxations tot= 12€)
