Prenatal Yoga & Breathing - Online Course
You are warmly invited to this weekly prenatal yoga class, guided by my experience as a birth doula.
The practice will be based on the Pranayoga Method®’s hatha yoga and adapted for pregnancy, with Spinning Babies® principles. We will move body and breath with a focus on:
- grounding and stability in times of change
- lateral opening and making space in our bodies
- strengthening and making new positions comfortable
- allowing ourselves to open and let go
You can expect a relaxing and fluid practice. Partners and friends are also welcome, this is yoga for Every-Body
Every Thursday 18:30 – 19:45
If you prefer practicing at another time, I can share with you a recording of the class.
